A significant digital change initiative is underway to deliver new and integrated digital platforms across one of Australia’s largest football ecosystems,  spanning every State and Territory, comprising over 3500 Football Clubs, and impacting 1.5 million football players nationwide.

This is a large-scale digital change transformation impacting people, processes, policies, culture, and systems. Our FDG Consulting Change team has been engaged to design and execute the Strategic Change Management & Adoption Program, supporting this momentous and exhilarating transformation.

  • Ensuring consistent and frequent engagement and communication with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Implementing a large-scale Capability Uplift Program with targeted user personas and learning pathways.
  • Utilising Metrics that Matter for Program Benefits Realisation & Goals, as well as measures of transition and adoption.
